Looking for the Silver Lining

Just realized I haven't been blogging for two whole months. Not that I didn't have stories to tell, but it's just the other way round, I got stuffed up with so many things I didn't know where to begin.

I'm not the kind of "emo" person but I know lately I've been emo-ing a lot. I wasn't aware of it until my friend asked me not to. I had been struggling to myself to some problems I was facing. Some are about choices to make, some about people, some about myself. I talked to my parents about these problems, but I know I'm old enough to decide for myself.

I saw in the papers today of Shio Yee's brother, who is now well known in my hometown because of his successful video assignment which made him "the first Asian to win the Best Short Film Award at the Alto Vicentino Film Festival". It's really awesome to see someone from your hometown becoming famous because of high achievements. It reminded me that successful people are actually ordinary people who worked the extraordinary way. I shouldn't be finding excuses to be lagging behind, that's irresponsibility. Responsibility finds a way. And guess what, this is from a quote I saw in one of UCSI's toilets hahaha.

Tell myself: stay focused and work a way out! :)
