It's been a long time since I last blogged! Too lazy to update. XD
I'm in UCSI studying medicine now, and this is my first weekend staying back in KL. I miss my home, I miss my family. I've been calling back home almost everyday since I came back last Sunday, partly because I need to tell my mum what to bring for me when they come up the next weekend. :P Though I don't get to see them, but I feel very blessed and happy to hear their voices over the phone, as long as they're doing fine, I'm contented. :)
The climax for these three weeks was when we did lancing, it was fun! It was my first time doing it- punching a mini-hole in my finger to get my blood! Amanda and I was sooo excited! XD Harri's fingers shivered when he did it, and Zhen Theng couldn't bring himself to do it. I regret for not asking Amanda to take video for me, the historic moment. Arghhh
UCSI published our foundation results on The Star today!!! I bought today's papers and flipped through the pages, there it was- right beneath my eyes- one whole page of list and I actually DIDN'T SEE IT!! Till I saw somebody posting some snaps taken of that page on Facebook did my jaw dropped in horror -.- That's so unfair! How can they post it without seeking our permission, that's P&C T.T
Had a peaceful and quiet breakfast this morning, reading some articles, and observing as laborers worked under the scorching sun to complete the icon nearby. Everyone is striving for a living, and I'm really blessed to get the opportunity to study, sponsored with a scholarship. God is always so gracious to His children :) I know I can't afford to be blur if I want to be a doctor. So I'll have to work on it somehow.
If I were to enlist things that I regret in my life, this will be a fraction of it:
... Not continuing piano lessons during primary school.
... Not having the habit of reading beyond textbooks.
